Refunds Policy 

At Mama Twiggies, we want you to love every purchase. For items that are not made-to-order, we gladly accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a return/refund within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, not manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@mamatwiggies.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style (and it’s not a made-to-order item), we are happy to process an exchange if stock is available.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Processing

At Mama Twiggies, we prepare each order with care. Processing time refers to the time it takes to create, package, and prepare your items before they are shipped.

  • Made-to-Order  Items: Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Each product is custom printed just for you.

  • In-Stock Items (not made-to-order): Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales, or high-demand periods), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: May take 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, customs delays, carrier issues).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, check our website or social media for updates.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@mamatwiggies.com

  • While rare, if your package is lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
